Background

Auburn University (AU) is seeking to enter an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with up to four service providers capable of providing architecture and engineering (A&E) design support services to the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Engineering Division at Fort Benning, Georgia. The total anticipated annual project load is between 10 and 30 task orders for A&E services on facility and infrastructure construction and repair projects with estimated construction costs ranging from $100,000 to $7,500,000. However, work and volume of work from this or any resulting contract are not guaranteed. The contract shall be for one year with the option to renew for up to four one-year terms upon written agreement.

Work Details

The contractor will provide architecture and engineering design support services including but not limited to environmental services, environmental management, environmental impact assessment, environmental planning, environmental advisory services, environmental auditing, environmental reporting services, environmental protection, environmental safety services, environmental rehabilitation, and instrumented control systems design and engineering services. The anticipated project load includes a variety of facility and infrastructure construction and repair projects.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of one year with options to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.

Fort Benning, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Alabama state laws regarding sales tax registration and certification. They must also certify that they are not debarred or suspended from federal contracts.
