Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is issuing this solicitation in support of the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RLR VAMC) located in Indianapolis, IN. The goal of this contract is to procure replacement Dosimeter equipment to ensure the facility can maintain high standards in medical imaging and safety protocols. Work Details The contractor shall provide a new Radiography/Fluoroscopy X-ray quality assurance (QA) meter that meets the following specifications: - Must provide real-time data for Radiography/Fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography (CT), and Dental measurements. - Capable of measuring peak kilovoltage (kVp), Time, half-value layer (HVL), total filtration, Dose, Dose rate, and present waveform outputs. - Must have Bluetooth connectivity for data storage and historical tracking. - Should comply with IEC 61674 and IEC 61676 standards for dosimetric instruments. - Equipment must be recalibrated in a lab based in the USA with a two-year re-calibration cycle available. - A two-year warranty must be included. The contract includes: 1. New Dosimeter Equipment IAW the SOW – Including shipping and handling: 1 Each 2. Two-Year Warranty: 1 Each Total Cost: To be determined based on quotes received. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with all relevant OEM and OSHA standards. They must also ensure that all equipment provided conforms to the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. The contractor will not have access to any personally identifiable information/protected health information during service performance.
