Validity DemandTools Software Licenses Renewal

Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking the renewal of software licenses for DemandTools. The work involves: - Provision of Software Licenses Renewal for DemandTools, which is currently utilized by RGRTA.

Requesting Organization

This solicitation is issued by the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA).

Background

RGRTA has determined that Validity, Inc. is the only known vendor capable of providing the required DemandTools software license renewals. As such, RGRTA intends to enter into a sole-source agreement with Validity, Inc.

Contract Requirements

The contract will be for the renewal of DemandTools software licenses. Only Validity, Inc. is currently recognized as capable of supplying these products.

Instructions on Submission

Any firm that believes it can supply the specified DemandTools software license renewals must notify RGRTA by emailing the contact listed below. If RGRTA determines that another firm is responsible and capable of providing these products on acceptable terms and conditions, the Authority will consider conducting a competitive procurement. If no such firm responds, RGRTA will proceed with the sole-source agreement.
