Background

The City of Cincinnati's Office of Procurement is issuing this Invitation to Bid for Commercial Reprographics services required by the Division of Printing Services. The goal of this contract is to provide various reprographic services and materials to meet the needs of multiple city departments, ensuring high-quality outputs that adhere to specified standards.

Work Details

The contractor will provide commercial reprographics services including but not limited to: digital printing, binding, laminating, scanning, and producing various printed materials such as posters, banners, and signs. Specific items include: - Digital print paper (20 lb.) - Digital Mylar (not less than .003 thick) - Foam board (3/16" thick) - Illustration Board (Single Weight)

Styrene Board

Additional services include: - Laminating

Dry Mounting

- Stapling - Reducing/Enlarging - Raster Scans up to 36" x 48"

Oversized Color Copies

- Vinyl Decals and Banners. All work must be performed with first-class workmanship and materials satisfactory to the City. Deliveries must occur within specified timelines (2 to 7 business days) depending on the service or product requested.

Period of Performance

The initial contract period will last for twelve months from the effective start date, with options for two additional twelve-month renewals at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the City of Cincinnati, Ohio, specifically for various City Departments as needed.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered under Vendor Self Service (VSS) at the time of award. They must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity provisions as outlined in Cincinnati Municipal Code Chapter 325.
