Background The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), part of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking to procure follow-on fire alarm and mass notification system integration services. This procurement is necessary to support the existing enterprise life-safety monitoring environment, specifically for integrating additional facilities into the FBI's centralized campus-wide monitoring and command-and-control platform. Work Details The contract involves a sole source follow-on order to M.C. Dean, Inc., the incumbent integrator, for the following tasks: - Integration of new buildings’ fire alarm and mass notification systems into the existing Honeywell Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS) Horizon Cloud-Connected Horizon (CCH) and LAN-Connected Horizon (LCH) workstations; - Configuration of site-specific databases, point mapping, alarm routing, user roles, graphics, and floor plans; - Programming, testing, validation, and commissioning support within the existing production environment. The work requires detailed knowledge of the existing CLSS Horizon architecture and configuration.
