Fort Drum NY Job Order Contract (JOC)

Summary: Background The MICC - Fort Drum is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Job Order Contract (JOC) under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is set aside for all eligible Small Business construction firms and aims to fulfill repair, maintenance, demolition, and minor construction requirements to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Drum. The projects will encompass a variety of facilities and infrastructure essential for the mission of the agency. Work Details The JOC will cover tasks related to repair, maintenance, demolition, and minor construction across various projects including barracks, administrative facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers, physical fitness centers, food service facilities, airfield structures, athletic fields, underground utilities, overhead utilities, gates, warehouses, auditoriums, and other general construction work. Specific trades involved in these projects include carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical work, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, masonry, demolition associated with renovation projects, incidental roadwork, storm drainage management, earthwork activities, welding tasks, and other general construction work. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the task order and complete it within 365 calendar days. Place of Performance Fort Drum, New York. Bidder Requirements This acquisition is 100% set-aside for certified total small businesses. Bidders must furnish any required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award. Contractors must possess the necessary licenses for the trades involved in the work.
