Background The Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) is seeking to obtain rental services for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) systems to support inpatient care. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the necessary equipment is available for effective wound management in the healthcare setting. Work Details The Contractor shall provide NPWT systems which include: Pumps, Canisters, Dressings, Tubing, and accessories. Additionally, the Contractor must maintain a minimum of two (2) fully functional NPWT pumps onsite at WRSU at all times for immediate use. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance 200 West Hospital Drive, Whiteriver, Arizona 85941 Bidder Requirements Bidders must qualify as either an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) or an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). They must provide documentation proving their status as an authorized distributor for the medical supplies and equipment. Bidders are also required to submit a capability statement detailing their qualifications and ability to meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
