Stormwater Management

Removal of Existing Storm Sewer Structures (1 LS) and various sizes of Storm Water Sewer Pipe including 15" RCP (203 LF), 18" RCP (1,289 LF), 24" RCP (439 LF), 36" RCP (39 LF) and additional sizes up to 60"x38". Curb Inlets and Stormwater Manholes are also included in the scope.

Period of Performance

The contract work is scheduled to be completed by June 30, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246 regarding nondiscrimination in employment. Proposals must include a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond amounting to at least five percent of the proposal value. Checks should be made payable to the City of Derby and drawn on a solvent Kansas Bank or Trust Company.
