The prior work involved renovating existing Class A freight/service elevators to bring them into compliance with ASME A17.1 and applicable building and electrical/fire code requirements, and the current RFQ similarly calls for modernization of a freight elevator along with supporting electrical/plumbing/HVAC systems plus minor lead dust remediation and a one-year warranty period.
