Summary: Background The 6th Combat Training Squadron (CTS) at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking to consolidate its operations and requires furnished lodging for students attending the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Formal Training Unit/Initial Qualification Course (IQC). This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business set-aside, with the goal of providing adequate housing for students during their training period, which typically lasts one year. Work Details The Contractor shall provide furnished lodging for 6 CTS students attending the TACP FTU/IQC training pipeline. All accommodations should ideally be located within a single temporary living complex but may be split between no more than four complexes if necessary. The contractor must ensure that all lodging meets the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors are required to submit a completed Price List as part of their proposal. They must demonstrate technical capability by providing evidence of relevant licenses and experience in managing apartment leases, either furnished or unfurnished. Offerors should provide at least two but no more than three recent examples of Federal Contracts relevant to this requirement. Additionally, proposals must include an acceptable past performance rating and comply with any security clearance or licensing requirements as specified.
