2026 Online Tax Sale Hosting Services

Background

The Township of Middletown, located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, is seeking bids for an online tax sale hosting service. The goal of this contract is to select a qualified vendor who can provide a quality product at a fair price and manage all tasks related to the development and delivery of the required services.

Work Details

The work consists of providing an online tax sale hosting service. This includes managing the entire process of tax sale auctions online, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and delivering a user-friendly platform for both the Township and its constituents. The vendor will be responsible for developing the necessary software and infrastructure to facilitate these online sales.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence no later than ten (10) days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will extend for 365 calendar days.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed in Middletown, NJ.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding affirmative action programs. Bidders must also submit a Disclosure of Ownership Statement if applicable, acknowledge receipt of any addenda, complete a Non-collusion Affidavit, and provide proof of business registration as per N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. Additionally, bidders must maintain sufficient insurance coverage as specified in the contract documents.
