Work Details

The contractor will provide kitchen maintenance services to all 21 cafeteria sites, including: - Prompt and regular service when called. - Electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installation projects for the nutrition department. - Loading, unloading, and moving kitchen equipment. - Unclogging drains. - Troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, vent hoods, combi ovens, walk-in freezers, walk-in coolers, reach-in freezers, reach-in coolers, warmers, ice machines, booster heaters, steamers, and other kitchen appliances. - Compliance with health department regulations regarding food service. - Providing quality customer service to maintain an effective work environment.
