Background The Nonreactor Nuclear Facilities Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) science and energy laboratory, is seeking to procure the Smart CBM Software solution. ORNL conducts research to deliver transformative solutions in energy and security. This contract aims to support their mission by acquiring software that enhances their operational capabilities. Work Details The contractor will provide the SmartCBM solution, which includes: 1) Annual subscription for 1 analyst license and 3 viewer licenses; 2) Instance and database setup; 3) Hosting services for storage and maintenance; 4) Remote program setup and configuration for 30 sensors; 5) Coaching and training services; 6) Data analysis and reporting services for a total of 30 sensors over three years. Additionally, the contractor will supply hardware components including sensors, gateways, and cellular communication equipment as detailed in the Bill of Materials (Attachment A). Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance is from June 15, 2026, to June 14, 2029. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Bidder Requirements Offerors must demonstrate technical feasibility and capability to meet all specified requirements without exceptions. They should provide sufficient detail in their proposals to substantiate claims regarding their understanding of the project objectives.
