THIS OVERALL GOAL OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE THE GARRISON COMMANDER AND THE DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW) THE CAPABILITY TO PROVIDE TIMELY AND QUALITY SUSTAINMENT, RENOVATION AND MODERNIZATION CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE FACILITIES AND COMPONENTS WHICH SUPPORT THE SOLDIERS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND CIVILIANS OF THE 3RD INFANTRY DIVISION.
