The 137th SOW is seeking contractors that can quickly design, procure, and install communication infrastructure that will include but not limited to network cables, switches, audio-visual control systems, monitors, and fiber to name a few. Background The 137th SOW is seeking contractors to design, procure, and install communication infrastructure for the Tactical Training Center (TTC) located in Building 1040. The goal of this contract is to create a modern communication setup that includes network cables, switches, audio-visual control systems, monitors, and fiber optics. The previous use of the space was as an auditorium, and the current contractor has begun preparations for the new design layout. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform removal, installation, set-up, and training services. Key tasks include: 1. Perform a survey of the Tactical Training Center (TTC) in Building 1040 rooms 174A & 174B and other relevant spaces. 2. Engineer and design the local network infrastructure. 3. Install, terminate (to floor plate keystone and patch panel or fiber cassette housing), and test local network infrastructure (Cat6 and duplex fiber). 4. Each room will require an Audio-Visual control system housed in a securable server rack connecting at least 20 workstation monitors (42 total), 1 control station, and a curved LED video wall with a minimum of 4 inputs to the AV system. 5. Provide Dell U3219Q 4K (32") monitors for all user workstations as they comply with Air Force requirements. 6. Ensure that the control station can select inputs from any combination of user screens to display on the curved LED video wall. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of three years with a possibility of extension. Place of Performance Building 1040 rooms 174A & 174B at the Tactical Training Center. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be small businesses as this is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Contractors must have experience in designing and installing communication infrastructure including audio-visual systems and network setups. Relevant personnel should possess necessary security clearances and professional licenses.
