Background The STS TACH TIME project is issued by the United States Air Force, specifically to support the 123rd Special Tactics Squadron (STS). The contractor must be approved by the US Air Mobility Command (AMC) and possess all necessary aircrew certifications and licenses. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Merced CA, Elsinore CA, and DeLand FL. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet the following requirements: Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA); possess necessary aircrew certifications and licenses; be approved by US Air Mobility Command (AMC); have qualifications to provide specified aircraft and aircrew for military parachute operations.
