Work Details

The contractor will conduct a comprehensive Lead Based Paint Inspection and Risk Assessment according to the protocols issued by the Texas Department of Health and other relevant federal and state agencies. Identification of windows and doors with their respective sizes. 3. Interior dust wipe sampling from each room using an NLLAP accredited laboratory, including samples from window sills. 4. Delivery of all results from XRF testing and laboratory analyses, including performance characteristics sheets for the XRF device used. 7. A paper copy of the inspection report must be delivered to the homeowner, who must sign a 'Notice of Evaluation' form that is included with the report.
