Jet A Fuel for MPD Aviation

Background

The City of Memphis is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of Jet A Fuel for MPD Aviation. This contract aims to support the aviation operations of the Memphis Police Department, ensuring they have the necessary fuel supply to conduct their missions effectively.

Work Details

The contractor will provide Jet A Fuel for MPD Aviation as specified in the attached specifications and bid section. Bidders must fill out the attached Specifications/Bid Section completely and return it for evaluation and award purposes. Any bid submitted without this attachment may be deemed non-conforming.

Period of Performance

The contract period begins upon award and continues until all requirements are fulfilled. Bids are due by July 1, 2026.

Place of Performance

Fuel delivery will be made to the Air Support Division located at 4517 O.K. Robertson Rd., Memphis, TN 38127, United States.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered as a supplier with the City of Memphis to participate in bids. Bids must be submitted via USPS, eProcurement system, or a locked drop box at City Hall. Hardcopy bids must be physically signed by the vendor. The successful bidder must return a Certificate of Insurance evidencing required coverage within five days of notification of bid award.
