Housing HVAC

Background

The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide air conditioner repairs and/or replacements in the University Housing units. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the HVAC systems in the housing units are functioning optimally, meeting the needs of the residents.

Suppliers must prepare and submit various documents including HSP Documents, Cost Proposal, General Questionnaire, Signature Page, Technical Proposal, and Requirements Checklist. All documents must be submitted in specified file formats (PDF or Excel) and adhere to size limitations.
