(Dynamsoft) Dynamic Web TWAIN & Barcode Scanner

Background

The Maryland Department of Information Technology is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) Master Contract. The goal of this contract is to procure software solutions that enhance document scanning and barcode reading capabilities for state applications. Only Master Contractors awarded under the COTS 2012 contract are eligible to submit bids.

Work Details

The contract involves the provision of the following software products: 1. Dynamic Web TWAIN Mac Edition Core Module - License Renewal (annual license, up to 30 client devices) with a term from 7/31/2026 to 7/30/2027. 2. Dynamic Web TWAIN HTML5 browsers for Windows - License Renewal (Unlimited Server Yearly License) with a term from 7/31/2026 to 7/30/2027. 3. Dynamsoft Barcode Reader - License Renewal (Unlimited Server Yearly License for Windows and Linux) with a term from 7/31/2026 to 7/30/2027. All software must be new, unused, and virus-free. The Master Contractor must provide estimated ship dates for each item listed in the PORFP.

The period of performance for this contract is from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The place of performance is located at 849 International Drive, Linthicum Heights, MD 20190.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be current Master Contractors under the COTS Software Master Contract (060B2490021). They must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid if applicable. Additionally, bidders must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their proposal and ensure that all proposed software is virus-free.
