Background

The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) in Virginia is seeking a qualified contractor to provide paving services for specific areas within the High Bridge State Park. The goal of this contract is to prepare the roadway and driveway for asphalt paving, ensuring safe and accessible routes for visitors.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for preparing the roadway on Gates Farm Lane, which covers approximately 3,200 square feet, and the park residence driveway, which covers approximately 2,200 square feet. The work includes all necessary preparations for asphalt paving in these designated areas.
