The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking to establish a service contract for Laundry and Linen Services for the OAAS-Villa Feliciana Medical Complex. Work Details

The contractor will provide various laundry and linen services including: 1. 78,000 Twin Flat Bed Sheets (60" x 90" to 66" x 115", 50% cotton/50% polyester blend). 2. 26,000 Bed Spreads/Blankets (74" x 108" to 76" x 120", 100% cotton). 3. 1,040 Queen Fitted Bed Sheets (60" x 80" x 9" to 60" x 80" x 11", 50% cotton/50% polyester blend). 4. 1,040 Queen Flat Bed Sheets (90" x 102" to 96" x 110", 50% cotton/50% polyester blend). 5. 31,200 Twin Fitted Bed Sheets (39" x 75" to 40" x 80", 50% cotton/50% polyester blend). 6. Additional items include various sizes of dust mops, mop heads, wash cloths, bath towels, and pillow cases with specified quantities and materials. All linens must be prepared according to OSHA standards for patient safety. Orders will be placed by nursing staff as needed, with deliveries expected within seven business days after order placement.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 1, 2026 or upon award date and will run until June 30, 2027. There is an option for two additional one-year renewals, making the total possible contract duration not to exceed three years.
