Background

The Facility Operations Division is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 180 buildings, which include offices, fire houses, police divisions, and equipment shops that support various City activities. Additionally, the City maintains cultural facilities such as museums and arenas, which serve as venues for sports, entertainment, and other events.

Contract Requirements

Firms must demonstrate a combination of experience and expertise in providing repair and replacement services for commercial facilities. The City may contract with one or more companies to fulfill these needs.
