PCL Auditing Services 2025-2029

Background

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department is seeking the auditing services of a qualified firm of Certified Public Accountants. The goal of this contract is to perform a verification audit of the California Energy Commission (CEC) Annual Power Source Disclosure Program Report, including the Power Content Label, in accordance with California Public Utilities Code, § 398.1 – 398.5 and Senate Bill 1305.

Work Details

The contractor will provide auditing services that include conducting a verification audit of the CEC Annual Power Source Disclosure Program Report and the associated Power Content Label. The audit must comply with relevant California Public Utilities Code sections and Senate Bill 1305 requirements.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period from 2025 to 2029.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed in Pasadena, California.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess the following licenses or certifications:

A Pasadena Business License

- Certification from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (required for all public works) - Small and Micro Business Certification from the State of California Department of General Services.
