Background

The Maryland School for the Deaf is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The goal of this contract is to procure 11 Dell desktop computers to support the agency's operational needs.

Work Details

The contract requires the purchase of 11 Dell Pro Slim Desktop computers. Each unit must include the following specifications: - Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 235 processor (13 TOPS NPU, 14 cores, up to 5.0GHz) - Windows 11 Pro operating system - 16GB DDR5 memory (1 x 16GB, up to 5600 MT/s, non-ECC) - Storage capacity of 512 GB SSD - NVIDIA® RTX™ A400 graphics with 4 GB GDDR6 - Dell Pro Slim chassis with a 360W PSU Additionally, each unit should come with a Dell Pro Keyboard and Mouse (KM5221W - US English - Black). The warranty includes basic onsite service after remote diagnosis with hardware-only support for 36 months and accidental damage service for the same duration.

The products are expected to be delivered by June 16, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

This procurement is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR), meaning only certified small business vendors are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must be current Master Contractors under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet Master Contract and must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer if required.
