The County of Imperial is seeking proposals for leasing a County-owned real property located at 450 W. Aten Road, Imperial, CA. This property consists of a 65,315 square foot warehouse facility and improvements. The County aims to generate revenue from this previously vacant and non-revenue producing property, as stated in Resolution No. 2026-096.

Work Details

The contract involves leasing the real property identified as a +6.39-acre portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 064-230-015. Proposals must include annual rental considerations for leasing the property. The awarded rental amount will include an annual CPI increase starting on the Lease anniversary date in Year 2, capped at three percent (3%). The maximum term for the lease is fourteen (14) years and three hundred sixty-four (364) days, with no options to renew. Additional requirements for corporations or partnerships include a Form of Guaranty of Lease.
