Summary: Background The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is responsible for providing logistical support to the Navy and other Department of Defense activities. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Headquarters Building, located at Naval Station Norfolk, is maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner through comprehensive custodial services. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for approximately 155,000 square feet of space, which includes 128,000 sq. ft. of office space and 27,000 sq. ft. of training space. Specific tasks include daily cleaning of restrooms and locker rooms, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected using approved cleaning products. The contractor must also establish a Quality Control Plan to monitor service performance. Period of Performance The contract will be for a one-year base period with options to extend for four additional one-year periods.
