Work Details

The contract involves the purchase of the following items: 1. **Mueller twelve-inch (12”) A-2362 RWGV MJXMJ** - Quantity: 12 each 2. **Mueller twelve-inch (12”) T-2361 Tapping Valve** - Quantity: 12 each Both items must be delivered FOB Destination, prepaid and allowed to the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources at 684 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30045. Vendors quoting equivalent products must provide specifications with their submission. Unit prices must include all charges, including delivery.

Period of Performance

The quotes should be received by June 9, 2026, with delivery expected as soon as possible after order confirmation.

Delivery is to be made to Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, located at 684 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30045.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must provide a valid Gwinnett County occupation tax certificate if they maintain an office within the unincorporated area of Gwinnett County. Additionally, vendors are required to comply with state laws regarding worker verification and must submit a signed Contractor Affidavit and Agreement if applicable.
