Work Requested

The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative (SETXPC) is seeking proposals for comprehensive technical assistance services related to computers, peripherals, supplies, and operating systems. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering technical support and expertise in the following areas: - Assisting with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals - Providing support for operating systems - Advising on and supplying necessary computer-related supplies - Ensuring all services are available for use by SETXPC Members

Background

This Request for Proposals (RFP No. 20260603) is intended to secure technical assistance services for computers, peripherals, supplies, and operating systems for the period beginning September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027. The services procured through this contract will be available to all Members of the SETXPC.
