The scope includes all designated biomedical devices within the facility during the scheduled maintenance period. Period of Performance Base Year: August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027; Option Year One: August 1, 2027 – July 31, 2028; Option Year Two: August 1, 2028 – July 31, 2029; Option Year Three: August 1, 2029 – July 31, 2030; Option Year Four: August 1, 2030 – July 31, 2031. Place of Performance Mashpee Wampanoag Health Service Unit, 483B Great Neck Road S, Mashpee, MA 02649. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be small businesses as this solicitation is a set-aside for small businesses. They must provide documentation of active licenses and certifications relevant to biomedical equipment inspection. Additionally, bidders should have at least two relevant prior contracts similar to the work being contemplated in the Performance Work Statement.
