Critical Water Maintenance Services for VA Saint Cloud Health Care System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 16 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26326Q0774 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 221310 with a size standard of $41 million. The VA anticipates one firm fixed price contract award to provide services to VA Saint Cloud Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Dr, Saint Cloud, MN 56303. The period of performance is 07-01-2026 to 06-30-2027 for the base year period of performance. There are four (4) one-year option periods available at the government s discretion. FAR provisions 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3 apply to this procurement and are detailed within the attached solicitation document. Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Critical Water Maintenance Services for the VA Saint Cloud Health Care System. This contract aims to ensure the operational status and quality of the critical water system, which is essential for medical instrumentation reprocessing, disinfection, and sterilization. The goal is to maintain compliance with standards set forth by the Sterile Processing Services (SPS). Work Details The contractor will provide all transportation, labor, and parts necessary for periodic preventative and emergent maintenance of the critical water system at the VA Saint Cloud Medical Center. Additionally, contractors must provide documentation from all original equipment manufacturers (OEM) indicating that their technicians are properly trained and qualified to service the equipment specified in the Statement of Work.
