Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from August 17, 2026 to August 16, 2027. The contractor shall begin performance within 5 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and complete all work within 365 calendar days. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Kingston Commons, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located at 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco GA 31524. Bidder Requirements Bidders must furnish required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award. Contractors must have appropriate licenses for construction activities as per local regulations. A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026; attendees must submit Day Pass applications by June 8, 2026.
