Summary: Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), part of the United States Department of the Interior, is seeking a design-build contractor for the Contant Bank Stabilization and Parking Area Expansion project located in Swan Valley, Idaho. The BLM's mission includes managing public lands for various uses while ensuring their sustainability. This contract aims to stabilize the riverbank and expand parking facilities to enhance public access and safety. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the following components: 1. Implementing a riverbank stabilization system to prevent erosion; 2. Restoring or relocating the raft launch/take-out area; 3. Designing an expansion for the parking area (Additive 1); 4. Constructing the expanded parking area (Additive 2). Period of Performance 743 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. Place of Performance Swan Valley, Idaho, approximately 300 linear feet from the west bank of the South Fork of the Snake River upstream of the primary concrete boat ramp. Bidder Requirements Bidders must qualify as a small business under the applicable size standard of $45 million. They are required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and an active profile with completed representations and certifications. Additionally, bidders must provide bid/payment/performance bonds as part of their proposal.
