Summary: Background The 63d Readiness Division supports Soldiers in seven states, providing best-in-class base operations support for Soldiers in the Southwest Region of the United States. This contract is issued by the Army Reserve facility at Fort Bliss, located at 11601 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79936-1424, to provide grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The goal of this contract is to maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance of the grounds. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for grounds maintenance. Specific tasks include: 1. Lawn maintenance; 2. Weed control; 3. General spring cleanup; 4. General fall cleanup. The contractor must perform to the standards and specifications outlined in the PWS and is responsible for determining actual site conditions and measurements. The contractor will not be supervised by government personnel but will be accountable solely to their own management. The prior work is described as Fort Bliss DPW grounds maintenance (24 Nov. – 31 Mar. 26), which aligns with the current requirement for grounds maintenance at Fort Bliss ARC under the Performance Work Statement, including lawn care and seasonal cleanup activities.
