United States (U.S.) Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Anti-terrorism (AT) - Operations Security (OPSEC) Program Support. Recompete OPSEC and Force Protection. Background The U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is seeking to provide Operations Security (OPSEC) and Force Protection Program Support. This program is mandated by the Department of Defense (DoD) and aims to protect service members, civilian employees, family members, facilities, and equipment from overt compromise. The OPSEC program follows Army Regulation (AR) 530-1, which establishes standards for OPSEC requirements. The contract will support USASOC Headquarters, the U.S. John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWC), and the 75th Ranger Regiment. Work Details The contractor shall provide all direct labor, supervision, and administrative support as subject matter experts (SMEs) for OPSEC and Force Protection programs. Key tasks include: - Serving as OPSEC Project Lead and Assistant, interpreting OPSEC policies from DoD, USSOCOM, HQDA, and USASOC. - Supporting units in formulating concepts, drafting policies, and implementing the OPSEC Program. - Conducting pre-deployment, initial, and annual OPSEC training. - Assisting subordinate units with their OPSEC programs. - Coordinating the assigned unit's OPSEC Working Group. - Attending committees and forums related to OPSEC. - Conducting special studies on emerging technologies in OPSEC equipment. - Providing secondary support to the unit’s Force Protection Program including Anti-terrorism (AT), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Mission Assurance (MA), Insider Threat (InT), and Emergency Management (EM). Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance The primary locations for performance include: Headquarters USASOC at Fort Bragg, NC; HQ SWCS at Fort Bragg, NC; HQ 75th Ranger Regiment at Fort Benning, GA. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have personnel with a valid Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance at the time of proposal submission. All contractors must complete OPSEC Level I training within 30 days of reporting for duty and maintain annual training thereafter. Additionally, contractors must have experience in special operations or related fields within the last five years. They should also possess strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
