The Board of Supervisors of Tippah County, Mississippi, is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of various materials and equipment required for public works, public buildings, and public construction projects through June 30, 2027. Background

Pursuant to 31-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, and other relevant laws, Tippah County is inviting bids to secure contracts with the lowest and best bidders for the purchase of the above-listed supplies and equipment. The Board may requisition and purchase these items as needed, but is not obligated to purchase any specific maximum quantity of any item.

Contract Requirements

Bidders must provide pricing for each article, material, equipment, or supply listed. All items must meet any specifications referenced, such as compliance with MDOT monthly publication standards and warranty requirements where indicated.

Submission Instructions

Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026. It is recommended that all bids be submitted using the pre-printed bid form sheet, which can be obtained by contacting the County.
