Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to various stockpile locations in Douglas County, Oregon, including Days Creek, Louis Creek, Slide Creek, Stouts Creek, and Suicide Creek. Bidder Requirements Bidders must ensure that the crushed rock materials are obtained from commercial sources selected by the offeror. The contractor must also submit test reports as required prior to delivery and placement of aggregate. CPM Development Corporation previously received contract 140L4324P0030 (RDO CRUSHED AGGREGATE) for $155,000 (03/01/24–11/30/24), and Kincheloe & Sons holds an aggregate BPA setup (140L4323A0013) valued at $76,434 (04/01/23–03/31/28) covering delivery of multiple crushed aggregate types—including 1 ½”-0 and 3”-0—into Oregon BLM districts. The current requirement for furnishing and delivering specified gradations of crushed aggregate to Roseburg District stockpile locations looks like a continuation of that same aggregate sourcing and delivery scope.
