The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) is seeking consulting services to conduct the Rochester Public Market Access, Mobility, and Development Study. The selected consultant will: - Perform a comprehensive review of all transportation modes currently used at the Rochester Public Market. - Investigate and develop concepts for mixed-use development within the market complex. - Recommend strategies to enhance multimodal access to the market.
