The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is seeking to procure custom canopy tents along with bags and weights. This micro purchase aims to fulfill the needs of the city by providing essential equipment for various events and activities, ensuring that the procurement process is efficient and cost-effective.

Work Details

The contract involves the supply of custom canopy tents, which must include bags and weights for stability. Vendors are required to quote all items specified in the solicitation to be eligible for award. The total amount of the quote must not exceed $43,000, which may be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U). All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on the Effective Date as specified in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice.

Place of Performance

Delivery locations will be determined by the City of Philadelphia as per their requirements during the contract term.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. They are also required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including General Liability Insurance with a limit of $500,000 per occurrence, and Workers' Compensation Insurance at statutory limits. Additionally, vendors must not have any outstanding debts to the City of Philadelphia.
