Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity for bulk tray meal drop-offs at Camp Smith Training Site (07JUL26–19JUL26) shows a confirmed incumbent history, including prior awards to Arrochar Food Service (e.g., $27,880 for catered meals at CSTS 31MAY–14JUN24) and A & F Restaurant (e.g., $11,304 for meal drop-offs/bulk trays 30MAY–13JUNE 2025). The earlier work appears similar in that it involved delivering bulk trays of catered meals at the same installation and timeframe window, with comparable meal-cycle delivery requirements and dietary accommodations (e.g., halal meals) consistent with the current feeder schedule/menu-driven approach.
