Community Needs Assessment Study

Background

The City of Falls Church is collaborating with regional partners, including Fairfax County and Arlington County, to enhance the delivery of health, housing, and social services. The rising costs of housing, demographic changes, and economic pressures in the region have led to an increased demand for coordinated human services and data-driven planning. This RFP aims to address these challenges through a comprehensive Community Needs Assessment Study.

Work Details

The contractor will conduct a Community Needs Assessment Study that includes the following tasks: 1) Identify and analyze community needs related to health, housing, and social services; 2) Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback; 3) Compile data on demographic shifts and economic pressures affecting the community; 4) Provide recommendations based on findings to improve service delivery; 5) Prepare a detailed report summarizing the assessment results and suggested actions.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of six months from the date of award.

Place of Performance

The assessment will be conducted within the City of Falls Church and its surrounding regions, particularly focusing on Fairfax County and Arlington County.
