Fair Hill NRMA HVAC & Lighting Installations

Background

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is issuing a solicitation for the Fair Hill NRMA HVAC & Lighting Installations project. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities at Fair Hill N.R.M.A. in Elkton, MD by installing new HVAC systems and lighting fixtures in designated areas, thereby improving the overall functionality and comfort of the restrooms and jockey dressing rooms.

Work Details

The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and insurance necessary to: (1) design, build, and install new mini-split HVAC systems; (2) install interior and exterior lighting fixtures with controls in the Women’s and Men’s Restrooms and Jockey Dressing Rooms located at 350 Ranger Skinner Drive, Elkton, MD 21921.

Period of Performance

The work must be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at 350 Ranger Skinner Drive, Elkton, MD 21921.
