Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Acquisition

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract for the supply of drones. The purpose of this bid invitation is to secure a one-time order for specific drone models and related accessories as detailed in the offer section. This initiative aligns with the agency's mission to procure necessary equipment efficiently and effectively.

Work Details

The contract involves supplying the following items: - 12 units of Autel Robotics EVO MAX 4T XE Bundle - 12 units of Autel Robotics EVO MAX speaker and Spotlight Model by JZ - 52 units of Autel Robotics EVO Max Battery - 12 units of Autel Robotics EVO MAX Multi Charger All products must be new, meet or exceed specified requirements, and include product literature and specifications with the bid submission.

Period of Performance

Delivery of items must be completed within 90 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to SEU Safety Warehouse, 41 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. Vendors are required to provide warranties for all equipment/items awarded for a period not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period, whichever is greater.
