Work Requested

The Jordan School District Purchasing Department intends to award a contract for the provision of official Advanced Placement (AP) Exams and related AP Program services. The contract will cover all necessary AP exams and associated program services required by the district.

Background

According to Section 63G-6a-802 of the Utah Procurement Code, the Jordan School District may award a contract without engaging in a standard procurement process if it is determined that: - There is only one source for the procurement item; - The award to a specific supplier, service provider, or contractor is a condition attached to a donation or grant that will fund the full cost of the procurement item; or - The procurement item is required for trial use or testing to evaluate its benefit to the procurement unit.
