Purchase of HVAC Filters

Background

Nassau Community College, a unit of The State University of New York sponsored by Nassau County, is seeking bids for the purchase of HVAC filters. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the College Campus Buildings remain free of dust and irritants by providing necessary HVAC filters.

Work Details

The contractor will supply HVAC filters needed for the College Campus Buildings. The filters must be new and meet specified standards. Bids must include the manufacturer's name and catalog number for each item offered. All products delivered must have a minimum one-year expiration date from the date of delivery to the College. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied comply with safety regulations and standards, including providing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any hazardous materials.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for a period of five (5) years from the date of execution of the agreement.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Nassau Community College located at One Education Drive, Garden City, NY 11530.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a Qualification Statement with their bid. The successful bidder must provide proof of insurance coverage, including general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations.
