Background The National Park Service (NPS), specifically the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM) and Blue Ridge Parkway (BLRI), intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System Maintenance & Support.
