Background The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking to procure ground robots as part of their mission to apprehend fugitives. The goal of this contract is to enhance operational capabilities through the acquisition of advanced robotic technology. Work Details The contract includes the following items: 1. **AXON SKY-HERO SIGYN GROUND ROBOT STARTER KIT** - Quantity: 2 EA - PSC: 2355 - Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination to the U.S. Marshals District of Arizona. 2. **AXON SKY-HERO - P7 TACTICAL BAG** - Quantity: 2 EA - PSC: 2355. Technical specifications for these items are detailed in USMS-0015, and technical substitutions are not allowed. Items are not brand-specific, but if submitting alternatives, technical specifications must be provided for evaluation. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance Delivery will be made to the U.S. Marshals Service, District of Arizona, located at 270 Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 West Washington St., SPC 64, Phoenix, AZ 85003-2159. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management. Additionally, bidders must provide a quote on company letterhead and complete the SF-1449 form with required pricing and clauses. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract with Axon Enterprise, which received multiple FY24–FY25 USMS awards for AXON SKY-HERO SIGYN ground robot kits and related ground robot configurations (e.g., awards 15M10224PA4700150 valued at $44,445 and 15M10224PA4700148 valued at $26,685). The prior work is for the same general ground robot product line (Sky-Hero/Sigyn kits and ground robots) supporting USMS mission needs to apprehend fugitives, and the current RFQ similarly calls for AXON Sky-Hero Sigyn ground robot starter kit quantities with no technical substitutions allowed.
