Background This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by the United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE). The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain competitive quotations for HVAC Maintenance services at multiple locations in the Gulf of America Region. The contract aims to ensure proper maintenance and repair of HVAC systems to support BSEE's operational needs. Work Details The contractor will provide preventative maintenance and repair services for HVAC units, including but not limited to: quarterly inspections, annual inspections, and necessary repairs. Specific tasks include: - Quarterly cooling inspections for ductless mini-split systems, including filter checks, refrigerant leak inspections, drain line clearing, and operational checks. - Annual cooling inspections that encompass all quarterly tasks plus electrical connection checks, lubrication of moving parts, and cleaning of coils. - Data center and UPS unit inspections involving diagnostics checks, humidifier operations, filter replacements, and temperature recordings. - Provision of temporary cooling if required. - All labor, tools, maintenance materials, and cleaning products necessary for the completion of preventive maintenance must be included. The contractor must also ensure that all field personnel are OSHA certified. Period of Performance The estimated period of performance is from August 31, 2026, through August 30, 2027, with the potential for two twelve-month option periods. Place of Performance The work will be performed at various locations in Texas and Louisiana including: 1201 Elmwood Park Blvd., New Orleans; 800 West Commerce Drive, New Orleans; 102 Versailles Blvd., Lafayette; 1919 Smith Street, Houston; among others.
