The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604 is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Fire Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Offensive-Fires Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM) Directorate. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis to a Small Business. Please see attached documents for further details.

Background The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Eustis, Virginia is conducting market research to identify parties interested in supporting the requirement for Fire Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the Offensive-Fires Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM) Directorate. The goal is to procure these services competitively, potentially set aside for small businesses. Work Details The contractor will provide subject matter expertise in various areas including: 1. Development of current and future fire support vehicle, sensor, and targeting systems requirements. 2. Analysis and evaluation of integrated product team venues, design reviews, and test events related to fire support systems. 3. Coordination with Product Managers and Army staff on system development/improvements. 4. Development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for fire support systems to be included in Field Artillery manuals. 5. Maintenance of a monthly status report on fire support software activities and capturing lessons learned to inform future requirements. 6. Implementation of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with contract requirements including monitoring work performance and staff qualifications. Place of Performance The primary location for performance will be Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
