Background The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles. This contract is specifically for the overhaul of a CVN-77 Propeller Cap that was offloaded from CVN-76. The goal of this contract is to provide non-personal services related to the maintenance and repair of naval propeller caps. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Receive, clean, inspect, repair, preserve, and crate the CVN-77 Propeller Cap (NSN: 2010-LL-HAL-4652). 2. Submit monthly status updates (CDRL A001) during the duration of any order involving this CLIN. 3. Submit a monthly Government-Furnished Property (GFP) inventory report (CDRL A004). 4. Initiate a kickoff meeting with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) within two weeks of award to review contract requirements. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is set at 12 months. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at locations designated by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division.

Detailed requirements are provided in the Statement of Work (SOW) located in Section C of the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ).
